At Twinsweb, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with our service for any reason, you are eligible for a 100% refund, under the following conditions:

  1. The refund request must be made within 3 days of your purchase or service activation.
  2. You must clearly mention the reason for dissatisfaction.
  3. Refunds will be processed only after verifying your request.
  4. Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  5. Refunds will be processed after deduction of bank service charges

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Refund requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
  • Custom work, add-ons, or third-party services are not refundable.

Custom work:

If you want modification or addition, it will be charged separately.
